This existing fourplex offered untapped potential for our client seeking value-add opportunities and increased rental income. By retaining the four-car garage at the rear, we expanded the property from four to six units with the addition of two new ADUs—one detached at ground level and another built above the existing garage. Our team provided full design/build services, guiding the project seamlessly from feasibility and design through permitting and construction.
